Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that aims to address the underlying neurophysiological sources of emotional and body pain, trauma, and dissociation. It is a focused treatment method that involves identifying and processing key points, or spots, in the brain that are connected to the individual’s symptoms and experiences.
As a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, the goal of Brainspotting is to release those sources of pain and trauma, allowing the individual to move forward in healing.
The approach is enhanced with Biolateral sound, which uses sounds that alternate between the left and right ears to further stimulate brain activity and promote deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing healing. Brainspotting is a powerful method that can help individuals overcome a range of challenging symptoms.

Join Pie Frey for a Brainspotting Phase 1, Brainspotting Phase 2, Brainspotting Intensitve, or LGBTQIA+ training.

If you have a group you would like Dr. Frey to train, please let us know. We’re happy to discuss options for on-site training!
